The hotels listed below are the designated hotels for PANIC2017 participants. All the prices listed below are the reduced special rates set for PANIC2017 participants from August 31 to September 5, 2017.

The Intercontinental Hotel and the CNCC Grand Hotel are inter-connected with the auditorium (the conference meeting room).You could walk to the venue within five minutes.

Beichen Huiyuan Service Residence and Yayuncun Hotel are in close proximity to the event location (half an hour walking distance, five-minute drive). Shuttle bus will be arranged between these two hotels and the conference venue.

IHEP Guest House locates on IHEP campus and is 20km away from the venue. We will also arrange shuttle bus between IHEP and the venue during the meeting.

The numbers of the rooms at the special rates are limited, and we follow the rules of first come first reserve.

China National Convention Center (CNCC) Grand Hotel is the main hotel for guests attending activities at the CNCC. There are walkways conveniently connecting the hotel directly with the exhibition halls of the CNCC and the meeting areas within the convention center.

Yayun Cun Hotel is located within famous Aisan Games Village, neighboring certer of Olympic Games and few steps away from the Bird Nest. It meets different service needs of commercial guests and exhinotions and tourism groups

4. IHEP Guest House (2 star) [map]:


This is a 2-star hotel within the IHEP campus.
There are 46 well-decorated rooms including 2 suites, 17 standard rooms, 3 single rooms, and 24 normal rooms. These rooms have cable for internet access, air conditioning, TV, Telephones, refrigerator, alarm clock and so on.
